JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Housekeeping Supervisor with a proven track record of leading Housekeeping teams in a fast pace, guest facing environment with strong attention to detail & a proven ability to successfully multitask while leading a team of housekeepers to exceed Guest Expectations.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Supervise the overall Housekeeping Operations including daily inspections of units and common areas.
  • Manage a daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly Deep Cleaning Schedule for rental units and common areas to ensure consistency in provided superior in-room service.
  • Monitor and manage a housekeeping supplies budget.
  • Represents Company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Maintains open communication with General Manager, Assistant General Manager and staff at all times.
  • Host Daily Huddles & Motivational Meetings with Housekeeping Staff
  • Ensure a successful partnership with the Maintenance and Front Desk teams to ensure the arrival experience is seamless for all guests.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Attend and participates in training programs as requested.
  • Assist, coach & mentor other staff members as needed.
  • Ability to drive motorized vehicle on or off property for company business.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree Preferred.
  • 3 plus years of experience in hospitality, RV experience preferred.
  • 2 plus years of Housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization & communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record with proof of insurance.
