We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Community Manager. The ideal Assistant Community Manager will assist with the responsibility of improving our level of service to enhance the profitability of our properties. Job Duties Include:
Assist with managing the resources and assets of the property, including staff, buildings, and other assets,
attract new customers and guests through active marketing, excellent customer service, and adding value to the living experience of our residents.
Be the face of ELS standards to our customers and guests and vendors.
Processing rent payments, applications, property invoices, and any additional assistance the community manager needs.
2 plus years experience in a residential or hospitality management position preferred.
Marketing and Sales experience.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, and other web based applications including google mail and docs and financial systems.
A current driver's license.
