Call Center Specialist

We are currently seeking a qualified Call Center Specialist in Gautier, MS. Specialists will help troubleshoot and address issues, provide support, and offer information as needed to correctly and efficiently respond to caller inquiries.

Ability to work shifts Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm is mandatory. 

Job Duties Include: 

  • Answer incoming customer calls for reservations with professionalism, courtesy and enthusiasm; answer overflow calls for other Departments as needed.
  • Train/Cross-train employees as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of company information, policies, products, and promotions.
  • Be upbeat, cheerful and helpful on every call; maintain professional demeanor at all times.
  • Take payments by credit card or check by phone.
  • Verify name, address, phone number and email address of each caller.
  • Identify, research, and resolve members and or customers issues; keep call logs and reports as required.
  • Have a consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Note adjustments and modifications to member accounts as needed.
  • Handle any special projects which are assigned in a proper and efficient manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas.
  • Contribute to Knowledgebase articles by submitting new articles and helping maintain accurate information in existing articles.

Job Requirements Include: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; use of proper English and grammar.
  • Ability to use Windows Applications, Email, Word and Excel effectively.
  • Must be a Team Player and work well with others.
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks efficiently and be accurate in all work. 
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to constant change.
  • Need high energy level and strive for excellence. 
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Bilingual a plus
