Maintenance Technician - Seasonal (Summer Hire) - Equity Lifestyle Properties

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Full Time-Seasonal Maintenance Technician for our property in Boise, ID. The Maintenance Technician performs various maintenance duties requiring general labor.

Job Duties include:

Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Resort Manager
Assist Resort Manager with special maintenance projects as necessary
Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas and keeping them free from trash and debris
Sweeps and maintains driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas any all other public areas as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
Maintains Community flowerbeds by pruning, weeding and watering as needed.
Monitors pool chemicals daily and maintains log books as required by health department
Maintains and cleans pool as needed
Move heavy objects as requested
Maintain open communication with Resort Manager and Staff
Remain professional in attitude at all times
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years hands-on experience with basic landscaping and pool upkeep is preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with heavy equipment
Valid driver’s license and good driving record along with auto insurance
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to work both nights and weekends
